I have never used tomato, will give that a try. Looks like you have Logastina cutlery or something very similar to it.
Adding tomato, jalapeño and onion is classic Tex-Mex. Cilantro is the other essential component but I didn’t add it this time. People either love or hate cilantro and I didn’t know my guest’s preference. As for the knife, it’s Chicago Cutlery. Inexpensive and quick to dull but it does a good enough job.
It looks wonderful! Believe it or not, I do not like avocado’s.
Avacados are one of those love ’em or hate ’em sort of foods. But that’s ok…that just means more for me!
